Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery.
A flat £4.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note: If the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping will be free of charge and the full amount will be refunded.
