Refund & Returns Policy (UK)

We offer a 14-day return period for UK customers. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned with its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will review the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care goods (beauty, hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest method is to return the original item. After your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the preferred item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

  • For installment payments, refunds may be returned in installments depending on your bank.
